1.Cooling system design:

Select the parameters of the heat dissipation system components according to the preliminary evaluation of the heat dissipation requirements of the bench test, and verify the reliability of the cooling system by running endurance test.

2.Power control-Data collecting and VCU monitoring calibration:

Significant fails include: sensor signal error, control communication error, and motor controller execution error. Corresponding response measures are taken for various situations through VCU internal verification protection and hardware circuit logic control. Response measures are motor controller 0 torque command and cut off high voltage safety circuit. Depends on the severity of the error, the error state affects the torque response and blocks the motor torque output. When the error condition affects the driver's safety, the safety circuit is cut off and the high voltage output is completely blocked.

3.Durable optimization (Motor controller PID parameter optimization):

The main function of high-speed PID optimization is to avoid the problem of improper current regulation when the motor slips. After the parameters are optimized, the dynamic response of the low-speed section does not change, and the current oscillation of the high-speed section is obviously suppressed. When the wheel is slipping, the large current is not easy to cause motor control. Over-current to ensure the dynamic reliability of the high-speed segment of the vehicle.
